Buying an XBOX 360 :: Sony Playstation Releases

Ok I am thinking of buying a 360. I have two options. The Go Pro set for around 350, or a refurbished one from GameSpot for around 200. The biggest difference I can see is the included HD with the Go Pro version. So tell me of any other differences that I am not seeing, or advice on the most affordable way to do this. Also what is the importance of the extra HD.
